i have given proxy values system proxy and internet is working. but license activation gives this error
"An error occured while activating the license. the error was:
the network is not present or started."

any ideas?

There could be any number of issues preventing it from connecting properly with more complex network setups. There is an alternate method, however. You can register on our support site, here. The license file and instructions will be emailed to you once you register on the site.
