HELP! I need a replacement!

I have the TrackIR 5 for only one week and while watching a video on YouTube, the thing with the 3 reflectors simply fell out of the clip!

It's been three days and I haven't received a single reply from Customer Service!!!

Hello -

A reply was sent to you at 15:38 on 2012/4/18 (UTC -8:00). I have verified that no mail sending errors have occured. Have you checked spam folders to make sure that nothing was blocked?

The body of the email reads as such:
Hello �

Who did you purchase it from? Do you have the original order number? Also, what is your shipping address?
Please reply in email to support@naturalpoint.com (do not post your address to the forums, as they are public).
