How to get an absolute time?

Hi there:
Is there any option to show absolute date/time for a certain frame? I want to use the information for synchronizing, but I couldn't find an option in Arena..

Unfortunately, no. The frame timestamp on the cameras is the time that it was received, however it is provided as a double precision float with 0 at camera initialization. When using Tracking Tools, you can use the API to get the frame time and convert it to system time if need be. Alternatively, with S250e cameras, you can use the eSync box to connect to a timecode system.

I actually made a timestamp application for the purpose; it should have error term but it seems OK to me since it's small enough. Somebody like me who use different measurements to gather different data may need a tool like this, in my opinion.
