TrackIR + FSX = severe stutter/pausing

In short, whenever I activate TrackIR I get severe stuttering lasting say 3-4 seconds, a second or two back to normal, then repeat of the stuttering. The moment I kill TrackIR via Windows Task Manager FSX resumes normal operation. The conflict kicks in about 1 minute after I start a flight. And the issue is repeatable. However, that first 60 seconds of just starting the flight works perfectly with Track IR.

If I start TrackIR before FSX I can see the FSX stuttering as it tries to load a flight scenario. It will take several minutes to try to load. Again, if I end Track IR the flight scenario loads up almost instantly.

To try to reduce possible variables and conflicts I am testing with a fresh install of FSX + Acceleration, no add-ons, with Windows7 64bit. Using a fresh install of Track IR software version 5.1.3, Hardware is the Track IR4 unit with the Track Clip.

Can someone lead me what this to look at? Simconnect?, .NET?
