The first question is can optitrack work without a suit and, marks? I think I know the answer to this question but, I wanted to confirm it just in case. I was wondering if OptiTrack can be used for custom created games/apps to match movements with the live capturing skeleton to the in game character skeleton/model

OptiTrack cameras are designed for use with active IR emitting or passive retroreflective markers. They can be used in the visible light spectrum for computer vision purposes with sufficient development, though.
