trackir stopped working!is it dead?

hey guys...
i used my trackir5 now for about two years, and never had any problems with it.
today i started it, and it seems that it no longer recognizes any reflections.
the 4red lights are still going on, but the left "green" one doesnt appear anymore.
also when looking in the software, the camera doesnt seem to recognize anything anymore.....

if i hit F9, the leds will light up in red....
so is my trackir now really dead?

btw, i wanted to upload a screenshot, showing the software running, but i have no glue how to do that in this forum

If there's no feedback from the camera (no red or green in the window) the camera is likely dead. You can test this by putting your hand about half an inch away from the camera and looking at the camera view window. It should turn completely red.
