TrackIr 5 dont works

I'm using my TrackIr 5 + Trck clip pro with software 5.0.300 since several years with no problem. My OS is Win 7 professional 64 bit.
I upgraded, downloading from your website the software version 5.1.3.
But now TrackIr dont works. No green light on the camera no red dots. The grid is locked no head movement is noticed.

Let's try some installation troubleshooting:
Unplug your camera, and uninstall the TrackIR software.
Download a new copy of the latest version of the TrackIR software, and save it to your desktop (note: do not run from the downloader).
Right click on the installer, and select "Run as administrator" (even if your account is an administrator) Finish the installation as normal, plug in your camera, and verify that drivers are properly installed via the device manager.
Run the software, and see if it works properly.

Now it works and with DSC A 10 Warthog also, software upgrade reason.
