TrackIR stipped working

My track IR stopped working yesterday.
Now when I fire up the software the device recognises in the top left and I get the serial, there is also a green light at the bottom right status. However there is no head tracking whatso ever.

I have both the clips (pro and standard) and they do not work. I have tried reinstalling a couple of times (w/ right click run as admin) but still no change. I have tried unplugging and plugging into various usb ports but nothing.

In the manual it says that with two orange lights my device is paused. I have tried toggling the pause switch F9 ( it defaults to unpaused).

(Just to give an update: I tried installing on my laptop today but still got the orange lights)

Does the TrackIR software report the correct serial? Compare it to the number on the tag.

Permanent orange lights may be a symptom of an issue with the device. Email support@naturalpoint.com with the serial number and reference this thread, we'll see if it's still under warranty.
