Unable to edit profiles

Hello support,

I just started using this nice tracking system and am really enjoying it so far. I would however like to edit some profiles manually now, but i simply cant as the entire graph with the dragable points are not shown in the advanced setting tab. There is a orange boarder around it, and I suspect there is something wrong with the auto sizing of the graph. What can I do in this situation? Using version 5.1.300 (build 9945), and my screen resolution is 2560x1440 which might be related.

Yeah, take resolution down to 1280x1024 and see if it works. Higher resolutions are known to create issues sometimes.

Thank you Mike, that did in fact work. Anything below the vertical resolution of 1440 works with the auto resizing of the graph. This is a nice fix by now, but please look at this simple bug in the next patch :)

Thank you for the further information on this. I've updated our ticket on this issue for further review.

I just bought a TrackIR 5, I run at 2560x1440, and I'm having the same issue with the latest software. The last response to this was fourteen months ago, is there any further information?

Big Ditto, I also run 2560x1440 and have this same issue. Please fix unsupported higher screen resolutions. I see this was reported in 2012, and has yet to be fixed - Happy New Year 2014. Please don't make me goto Amazon and take away a star in my five star review for lack of support.

ditto here: 2560 x 1600 = 30"

Not a biggie, just drag the corners of the TIR window and amke m smaller.
On the other hand, it's been known since over a year. Cheers!
