Trackables not recognized

Hi,
I am using a V120:Duo together with the Tracking Tools version 2.5. I have two trackables each consisting of 5 markers. When I start the Tracking Tools application and load my previously saved configuration the tracking goes fine for some minutes (both trackables are correctly recognized).
But after some time although the position of both trackables stays the same and also the markers are correctly recognized in space (as seen in the perspective view) the trackables itself are not recognized and on the Real-Time info tab there is no data output. You can see this in this screenshot this screenshot. Note that in the Real-Time info tab the trackable seems to be recognized but the data is -1.#IO
