Thinking of trying this game. It is in Beta now. They were talking on the forums that TrackIR will be implemented.

I heard back from the devs. TrackIR is in, but currently it's using the Birds of Steel ID (leftover from when it was slated to be a PC release). It'll be updated to War Thunder shortly. In the meantime, it should still work fine with a game update.
