Crash with W8 Nvidia surround mode

It is not systematic, but it happens often specially when opening TrackIR 5 in my case in surround extensive mode (Triple screen recognised as only one at 5760x1080). In this mode when opening TrackIR 5 it is opening in the form of a very tiny launch bar in the upper left part of the left monitor. Then by trying to increase the size or expand it, I have had crashes with beta 5.2 and as well with 5.13. This was not happening with W7. However with W8 I'm using the latest beta Nvidia drivers.
I didn't take note of the error message (something in line with Nvidia cannot do something) but the symptoms are a freese, no control with ctrl alt del, then 2 out of 3 screens turn black and the main one, I have sometime this error message but in any case I do not have control anymore and I have to restart. By using the fonction to start TrackIR at the opening, it went worse: a crash each time up that forced me to desinstall
As a general point, beta 5.2 driver is crappy with my config and 5.13 is perforwing worse with W8 than W7 (erratic movement in games etc)
I've just read the triple buffering issue but I don't think by default I have it enabled, but I will check and report if it was that.
My config: i5 3570K, 2 x Asus GTX 670

I didn't find the edit button. After several reinstallation of trackir 5.13 I do not have this issue anymore. However the buttom line is still the same: most of the time erratic behavior.
I had this issue w some drivers for trackir3 with WXP then with W7 (both trackir3 and trackir5) and now with W8 (trackir 5)

Anyway I switched back to driver 4.1.038
The 5.1.3 have erratic behavior (even in the setting pannel, after less than 20s without moving, the erratic behavior will occur).
I don't know how you do guys but I cannot manage with them.

Hi Sagal,
If you've been experiencing stability issues with the 5.x software, I'm positive it's because something is going wrong that needs to be corrected. The core performance for the vast majority of our customers is significantly improved compared to the 4.x software.
If you'd like to just stick with 4.x, that's totally fine. But we're also more than happy to work with you on these issues. I'd love for you to experience the 5.x software as intended, because it really does provide the best performance.
Let us know what you prefer.

Thanks for your proposal.
Let's forget about the crash, maybe it was another reason.
The point is and I could change the heading of this topic: consistent erratic behavior of TrackIR 5 and drivers 5 and above with W7 and W8 and consistent erratic behavior of TrackIR 3 with drivers 5 and above with WXP and W7.I never managed to get them properly worked in 2 different PC with 3 different OS.
I cannot explain why drivers 4.1.038 are infinitely more stable and haver rarely erratic behavior that are easily fixed by pressing the center fonction.
For the time being I will not spend more time doing more tries, but I will try again with new final drivers that will support: windows8, SLI mode with Nvidia cards and 120hz monitors.
Sims mostly tested F4 BMS, FSX VRS FA18, Lockon FC2, BS1,

Problem solved. First of all I had one defective memory stick.
2nd thing I was using the default video processing mode of precision under camera setting. I notice that the mode "standard" is smoother.
So far so good with driver 5.2
