Can't execute setup in Win8?

I have a big Problem. I tried to install the Software in Win8 64 Bit. The Hardware device Driver seems to work normal, but after executing the Setup it always stopps on the first Screen. I should wait for Setup, but the "next" button never gets active.. even not after 20 minutes... so what did I wrong?
Maybe it does not work with the lates AMD catalyst Drivers I have installed. Do I have to use a Special Version of them? Or any other ideas? Also no defference between admin or not admin use...
Would be nice if anyone can help me
