Saitek X52 Buttons[some] no longer working with TrackIR

Hello everyone. I'm the happy owner of a Track IR5/Clip Pro combo and I can say it's an absolutely VITAL piece of hardware for sims. So's a HOTAS.
When I installed Track IR5, I mapped certain function key namely precision, pause & centering to my Saitek X52 pro. After experimenting, I settled on button 6 for centering of the Track IR5 but I changed precision and pause back to the default function keys and disabled them.The problem is now I can't use the buttons I previously tried pairing the Saitek pause and precision functions with IN GAMES. In the Windows desktop, the Saitek controller works perfect, all buttons work, but in DCS Black Shark they don't register.
I've tried an auto uninstall and manual deletion of the Track IR software with a registry wipe but still no usage of those buttons in DCS Black Shark. The Track IR5 and Saitek X52 pro work flawlessly otherwise.
Any suggestions?
