Hello,
I just changed my old pc with a new one...and transfered Trackir.
I used to use the version 4 and than the version 5 software on my "old" pc...
On this new one I've installed the latest drivers (5.2)...but the trackir is not recongnised from w7 and from the 5.2 software....

Please help....

Do you know if the USB port it is plugged into is USB 2.0 or 3.0? 3.0 ports are supposed to be backwards compatible but some chipsets have issues working with 2.0 devices.

I have Trackir 4 Pro but the 5.2 software does not recognize it. I also have the latest version of 4.2 and it works. I installed 5.2 first and for a while it worked. Then I got error messages saying the driver was not installed,that's when I downloaded 4.2.

have you installed any displayport drivers ? if not ignore me
if yes its them..

I am new to this. What are displayport drivers?
