Hi Jeff,

I have TrackIR 5.1.3 installed on a Windows 7 64bit computer running an GTX670 graphics card. After downloading and running this latest release (as Administrator), it starts the MSI file etc, then gets to the screen where it says "preparing to install..." and that's where it hangs. I click Cancel and it doesn't do anything. I have to go to task manager to kill the process. Any ideas on what's wrong?

Sometimes a UAC confirmation or other dialog box that is supposed to show up ends up behind the installer window. If you move it out of the way do you have anything hiding under there?

Hi - just bought the trackir5 with pro clip today and it willl not work - sometimes the trackir is detected but mostly is not - when it is it still doesnt work - i using windows 7 64bit and tried every thing on here and everything i can think of - I have proved the device works on my friends vista 64 machine with no problems - annoyingly i cant open a thread anywhere as it logs me out - what should i do to make it work??
