Evil BSOD Issue

Ive had a reoccuring problem for a while now and Ive had TIR so long that I do not know if it started with the older versions of the software or when I started using 2.0. Its been a while and I cant put it all together. Anyway, when flying IL-2, sometimes I will get a Blue Screen Of Death and my sounds will go nuts. The error is as follows....

usbuhci.sys F7B893D9 base @ F7B86000

I do not know if the addresses change because this is the first time Ive writen them down.

After doing a ton of research on the issue and .sys file above, it looks to be an error when a driver is referncing usbuhci.sys. Microsofts idea is to update all USB drivers. All of mine are up to date and good to go.

Could TrackIR be causing this? As I said, I cannot remember if it started when I started using TIR, but I do not remember it happening prior to it.

Its not very common... once every few days. Maybe I will fly with out TIR, , and see if it does it.

Any ideas?

Not sure but you may want to check how hot your CPU and/or Video card may be getting.

Thanks for the idea. I keep it "chilly" I hadnt thought of it, but have monitored the temp at various times and it is well in specs. I also have the overburn protection from the ASUS mobo that will shut down the computer, after a warning, if the temperature gets to toasty.

Maybe it is time for a another "spring cleaning" day insode of my case. Get all those dust bunnies out of there.
