same topic as some others.....TIR not working

Had to reinstall FSX and TIR4 recently. I can get the software to work, (green light/Blue light - and tracking in camera mode. However in FSX (with toggle unchecked) the tracking unit does not work. Most recent software installed on Win 7 64.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no effect. Frustrating to say the least since it was so flawless prior to software update.....perhaps I need to go back to default software?
