Help!

Track IR5 camera collapse after 1-5 minutes with catalyst 12.10
In the Camera control panel only red lines
WINDOWS 7 64 BIT - ATI RADEON 5870.

With the new catalyst 13.11....the track ir5 not work!!!!!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but unfortunately that is what it looks like when the camera has failed. You can try using it on another system to make sure though.

It 's already the second time this has happened!!. two devices in five years!!!!!.
Honestly TRackIR is a component unreliable and too delicate. It can repair ?
The device is now equal to the product of 3 years ago or uses new components??
One last question?
The problem can be solved by purchasing track ir pro clip?
The sensors on the track ir work the same way with Track Clip and track ir pro clip?

Unfortunately we do not offer repair services for the TrackIR. The difference between the regular TrackClip and the TrackClip Pro is that the Pro version has LEDs which emit IR light and the regular hat clip is reflecting the IR light. In this case using a TrackClip Pro wouldn't make a difference because there is a problem with the imager.
