Track IR 5. Difference between the 2 clips?

Hi Folks,
My TrackIR 5 kit should be with me tomorrow and I am wondering what the difference in performance is between the powered and non powered clips that come in the kit?
I dont wear a headset but would happilly wear a cap. Is this going to be a compromise? Is the Pro clip actually a lot better?

The TrackClip PRO will give you a bit more range of motion on all axes, with a particular bump in the pitch axes (nodding "yes"), which is a definite perk. It also handles environments with some IR light pollution or reflectivity much better. Other than that, the performance will be very similar. If you'd prefer to wear a hat, the TrackClip will certainly serve you well.

Thanks, tried both tonight and feel more comfortable with the hat. The whole thing is just awesome, what a product!
