Thinking of buying

Post by bobd »

Thinking of buying TrackIR, but I need some feed back. After watching the advertizing video it just seems unnatural to turn your head, but keep your eyes to the front. I realize you can setup where small movements equal larger pan veiws. It would be great with 3 monitors, but with one seems a little odd. Also does it mean Enhanced games, or mode?

Thanks

ThanksHi,
I have my TrackIr 3 pro since two days and had less time to use it, but must say the small movement and eyes on monitor is very easy to handle. I think this will be automatic, because your brain know that the action is on the monitor and not beside it. So you turn your haid, small amount, and your eyes stay on the monitor without you even know it.
I think its called enhanced mode, but to use it the game must be enhanced too.

Hope this help for your decision, I think the TrackIr is worth every cent.

Thanks Markus, I went ahead & bought it anyhow. I see what you are saying, & I love it.

Just think, if you got the TrackIR3, the new software you will be able to download soon actually has virtual head displays to show you EXACTLY what your head is doing and how it will translate into in game movement.
