User Request: Blender Plug-in for Streaming/Recording

I have a 6 camera s250e setup with Arena 1.8.1. I'm also a Blender user (www.blender.org) and I wish there was a way to stream skeletal data into blender.

I don't know how technically challenging this is, but I see it has been achieved with a Kinect camera using Blog: NI MATE NI Mate. Obviously streaming proper mocap data from an optitrack system would be a thousand times better.

thanks!

I'll make the same request for Lightwave. Right now they can stream the Kinect data into LW to drive any character:

It would be MORE than great to be able to bypass Motion Builder to get directly into our apps.
