only blue led and "no device detected"

hello
I bought track-ir4.037 past few years, I "up-graded in trackir5.2"! There has always worked well! Except the last few months, or for a reason unknown, it is "inop" .. just a blue LED! lower and a messsage on the grid "no device detected" I read "troubble shooting" but nothing suitable was my problem! branch When I dispense at any USB port I see nothing appear (peripheral manager) My son tried it at home and it works very well!I HAVE windows7 I-nvidia550 gtx graphics card 8gig-ram!

We only have English telephone support for TrackIR. Can you try to install the latest version of TrackIR 4, 4.2.039, from the website? You can have both 4 and 5 installed at the same, so no need to remove 5.2.

The cameras we make aren't really designed around security and general video recording.
