Activated Hardware Key shown as not connected

Hello All,

This is an urgent issue for me. I appreciate your any thought.

I successfully activated Track Tool with hardware key (e.g 122000 ). However, when I open Track Tool software it says "Device (serial # 122000 not connected)." When I open license info window as shown in the attached image, it says hardware key is connected but with different serial # (122009).

I am in trouble now. Did you ever see this kind of errors?

Can you send an unedited screen shot and a picture of the serial number on the hardware key to support@naturalpoint.com?
