I am extremely annoyed and disapointed that after ordering a vector clip on December 15th 2005 (order no #18163 which has not been delivered) and sending 3 emails to query the order I have been completely ignored by the sales team.
Not once has anybody got in touch with me concerning the order which leaves a very nasty taste in my mouth.
This is the mail I recieved after ordering,
Dear Paul ,
Your order has been shipped! The UPS tracking number
for this order is order shipped via usps 12-15-05 oo. You will not be able to
track your order until it has been picked up by UPS at our
next scheduled pickup (M-F 4:00pm PST).
Thanks again for your order.

Can anyone make sense of the above ??What does this mean,

I have emailed the sales team once again threatening legal action,a route niether of us I am sure will want to go down.
This is the only way I can get the message to Natural point , so please get your sales team to mail me asap.
