years ago i have bought trackir pack (for my il2 sturmovik). didn use it lately like years too. it seems i cannot find original soft cd and cannot find where to download it. is there a possibility to get it?

ok, i have downloaded and installed Software Version 3.13 on win7 machine. it cannot find the device. any suggestions?

i forgot to mention i have win7 64bit. is there a possibility to use first generation trackir device on it?

What TrackIR product are you currently using?

original device, first version ever, bought in 2003 or so..

Are you using USB 2.0 port or USB 3.0? Are connecting this to a USB hub, or the PC directly? Is Windows detecting your unit in Device Manager?

I just got a trackir4 pro with trackclip pro and i installed the software. whenever i try to open the install wizard it says error writing to the temporary location or error extracting to the temporary location. when i try to re install the software nothing starts to download. any ideas?
