How to create a new "take" using external trigger

Hi everyone. I need your help.
Now I want to control Optitrack recording with the NI LabVIEW and Daq device.
In my system, Motive can start capturing automatically based on the external trigger, but the data is saved into a single take and I need to push REC button of Motive window manually to save as an another take in a project tree.
What I want to do is to create a new take and want to save each trial as different takes in a project tree with the external triggering signal.
Do you have any idea or special setting of the Motive software?
My system configuration is as follows.
- OptiTrack s250e 12 cameras
- Moive final version with eSync box
- Synchronization Setting
Mode: Custom Synchronization
Sync Input: Internal Sync
Record Triggering-> Trigger Source: Isolated
Record Triggering-> Trigger Edge: High Gate
Other options are default
In LabVIEW, 0v to 5v pulse singal is created and
connected to the "Isolated" port of the eSync box.
Thanks in advance and sorry for poor English
