Hi!

I was wondering if it's possible to stream several charcters and objects simultaneously to motion builder?

Currently I'm only managing one at the time.
If I'm streaming more than one, the opticals don't update, and the streamer indicator turns yellow, not green.

(I'm attending a childrens festival in Norway with live mocap, and the kids get to control monster etc.)

Hi Roger

It is very possible, I've done 4 characters at a time with no issues. Make sure you first have all the latest versions of software and plugins installed.

activate the streaming in Motive, (and have whatever you are streaming active) and go to MB and drag the mb optical device into your mb scene, activate.. generate your opticals (make sure you have "all" selected)

At this point, go back to Motive, and deactivate/reactivate streaming... this is something I've found you have to do sometimes, otherwise you don't get any of the marker data.

From there, proceed as usual
