FOURTH FAILED UNIT

I'm really not very happy with you guys right now. Why do your units just die?! At $500 a pop I should be able to get a replacement when one of these things dies. Or at the very least, I should be able to expect it to work! I am a quadriplegic and I absolutely rely on this technology. When I wake up in the morning and my head control mouse is dead I can't do anything with the computer. I can't do my work. I can't make phone calls. This just sucks! This is the fourth unit that I have had to buy and they have all failed! Horrible customer service
