i am really getting mad about this track clip pro

About a month ago, my track clip pro broke, so what did I do? I got a replacement from you guys, the reason I did this is because I was told a new materialized one was just created, so I was assuming I was going to get the new materialized one. Instead, I get the old one and within one month it breaks. if I dare try to get a replacement, can I actually get the new materialized one or am I going to get the old one over and over?
