My TrackIR4 Pro does not work, it recognize PC and recognize software, but not up lights only flashings one for 10 sec blue light, and one flash green light on start trackir 4 software. On trackir 5 sowftware no green flash. 4 Infra red diods not light.
I was playing War of thunder last night,turn off it. It was last time worked device. I rebooted, plugged the device into different ports on the gaming PC and even different PC. Uninstall drivers and software, Install 4`s and 5`s latest versions, howewer that didn`t help.

I'm running Windows 7x64

The software tells me device detected and connected, status in 4 version - no data.
Suggestions?

1. Navigate to device manager and uninstall TrackIR device drivers from there.
2. Uninstall TIR software.
3. After its all removed unplug TIR and reboot your system.
4. Install latest TIR software/drivers
5. Restart your system after installing the drivers and before plugging the device in.

These steps may not help as you have stated your attempt to use the TrackIR on two separate computers with the same problem. If you have further issues with this, I invite you to submit a ticket at help.naturalpoint.com
