lost image clarity on TrackIR5

I've been enjoying trackIR5 for many years now but lately I've had a problem. I've lost the image clarity as I look around the vc in my flightsims( both fsx and x plane 10.21). As I pan around the cabin the objects start to shake or vibrate losing their sharpness. I've made a video example. Run it at full screen. Look at the center windshield post and the windshield wipers. Also look at the needles on the instruments, the outside objects(the control tower and antenna). They all seem to "vibrate" as I look around. I'm running 5.2.2 build 14548 of TIR5.Here's the link http://www.flickr.com/photos/92186526@N03/#

Hi John,

Could you try TrackIR version 5.1.3 for me and let me know if you have the same results.

Tried 5.1.3 and it does the same thing.I did try to reduce the screen resolution and the "vibrate" effect was less pronounced but it was still there. Is this happening because I'm overloading the computer with to much to draw or is it a bad TR5 unit? I have a i72600k@4.4ghz with a gtx 580 3gb vc. My monitor is a dell ultrasharp 30". I was running the sims @ 1920 X 1200.

Hi John,

I do not believe this issue is due to a bad TrackIR. The TrackIR does not have a direct effect on the graphics quality of the game. It only provides movement as a mouse or joystick would. But it is definitely worth looking into. Could you create a ticket with us at help.naturalpoint.com?

On the ticket your asking for a hardware serial # and a license serial #....where do I find those? I do have my original invoice with my order #.

The hardware serial for the TrackIR is printed on a sticker attached to the USB cable. The license serial does not apply to TrackIR, you can leave this field blank.
