Profiles TrackIR4 compatible with TrackIR5?

Hi,
just bought me my third TrackIR (5).
Are my profiles from TrackIR 4 compatible to those of TrackIR 5?

Hi Reinhard,
Absolutely. If you load them into the profile folder, it will convert them to 5.x compatible profile files. It may not be the same scaling because they use different methods. But it will be close.

Thanks a lot, Dustin.
I tried and it worked. Made a few changes but as I tried to save the changes in my old profile, I got a small window with a yellow triangle and an exclamation point an the info "Track IR5".
I checked the box "ok" and after closing TrackIR software, my old TrckIR4 profile had disappeared. What went wrong?
