Tracking data export

Hello,
I noticed that motive defaults to exporting data at 120 FPS, but my cameras are set up for 100 FPS max (I don't want to separate my cameras into different groups to get higher FPS). Where exactly do the other 20 FPS come from? Does it insert a frame every so often which (I'm assuming) is averaged between the two it goes between?
Sadly, I just noticed this after I collected a massive amount of data. I was hoping to write some code in matlab which would pull out those ghost frames which are calculated and not actual data points. Exporting the data again at 100 FPS isn't very realistic because fixing the mistakes in my recordings takes at least 30 minutes (and up to about 16 hours) per data set. So some type of code would be priceless.
Thanks for any help.
