When using enhanced mode and going from cockpit view to exterior view the view I get is from the one o'clock, i.e looking backwards, when I would prefer to be looking from the more normal seven or eight o'clock view ow can I fix this please ?

I don't think it can be.

More than likely it is a game issue and it is something that Oleg will have to fix.
