TrackIr 5 Autostart

Hi Everyone,
I heard that it is possible to have TrackIr automatically start when FSX starts. I hear it has to do with editing an XML file.
I am no guru, and have no clue what this is. I am wondering if anyone here could advise me on how to go about accomplishing this.
