TrackClipPRO - Not working

Hello,

I have had my TrackIR5 for 3-4 years and my TrackClipPRO for 7 months. The TrackIR still works with the regular TrackClip but when I switch and plug in the TrackClipPRO it stops working. The green light on the left is constantly flickering and the four red dots in the middle are not showing up.

I suspect that my TrackClipPRO is dead since the leds are not glowing. So far I have tried using different USB ports and different computers but nothing works. I might also add that I usually keep the TrackClipPro unplugged when I am not using it. Over the past 7 monts I have maybe used it for 20-30 hours. There is no visual damage to the TrackClipPRO. What should I do?
