I just checked for updates and installed 4.2* which it said I needed.Now when I run TrackIR it says no device detected.Please help.Thanks,Ron

It also said I needed to install USB driversX32 which I did and rebooted.Ron

Further info.I have TrackIRPro 52803 ver. 4.1.037.Updated to 4.2.039.Device not detected.Moved the Naturalpoint folder to another location and copied my backup to Program files as it was before I updated.Works fine now without update.Ron

Thank you for the status update. I checked our website for version differences:

• * Added Windows 8 support
  * Added support for Prepar3d
  * Changed to new installer platform

Could I have your computer specifications?

OK,Thanks .This will be for TrackIR Pro correct?I had TrackIR4 and now I believe I have Pro because I no longer have the reflectors on a hat.I have the thing mounted on headphones.Ron

This can be used with most of our TrackIR devices. You can use this version with the hardware you are using.
