Hi,
I am trying to separate head rotation/translation and facial motion with the C3D data I've exported. Also to fix missing markers too.
Any recommendation for doing this? Tools for Matlab etc?
PS: Does Optitrack's C3D format differs from other motion capture tools like Vicon?
Thanks.

Hello,
For exporting face markers without head movement, “No Head Movement” option on Export dialog box can be used. The option becomes visible after loading a face template.

Re: C3D Post-processing
Thanks for your reply.
This seems to only allow me to have facial motion c3d file.
Are there other ways to allow me have head motion c3d file and facial motion c3d file by recording within the same take.
And which are the post-processing tools that may be available to fill up missing/swapped markers.
Thanks.

Hello,
C3D only contains marker positions. To convert them to actual head movement you would probably need MotionBuilder.
