No software shut-down

Greetings,

I just bought TrackIR 4 and downloaded the recent software 5.2. My trackIR works fine until I wanto to shut down the software. When I do so, the camara shuts down (just a blue light) but the sofware says, shutting down camara...

It remains that way and I have to shut it down using cltr/alt/sup and close it via the admin window. Any Idea whats going on?

Iam on W7x64bit and the camara is plugged to the back of my pc.

Mike,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your TrackIR. I would suggest uninstalling the software and drivers. Rebooting your computer and then re-installing. If that does not help I would like you to create a ticket with us at:

Thank you for your quick reply Mike.

Just one question, should I unplug the camara first, then un-install the soft and drivers, then reboot? Would that be the correct order?

All wel at this end. Rebooting and reinstalling the software, and changing the camara to another USB port did the trick. Thank you so much for your attention and help Mike. I´am now a happy simmer!
