Does your HAT work if the Track IR softwear isnt running ??.

Hi, I'm using an all USB CH Hotass (Fighterstick, Pro throttle, and Pro pedals) along with TrackIR, and the problem I am having is that with TrackIR disabled (F9), my hat switch doesn't work.

There are times when I want to use the hat instead of the IR.

Any solutions?
