TIR 5 Broken???

The device shows up correctly in Device Manager (Windows 7 64 Bit), however no lights on the device at all.
Have tried installing to various USB ports, have disconnected and reconnected, reinstalled 5.2.2 software several times.
Anything else I should try?

Hello Vector,
It sounds like your device may be non-functional. To see if it is a hardware or software related issue I would test the device using an older version of the software. I like to use v5.1.3 for testing and it can be found here:

I would also test it on another computer to verify that it is the device's hardware and not a software conflict causing the issue. If you would like you can create a help desk ticket at help.naturalpoint.com and we could discuss further testing options there.
