Hi folks
I've just got my TrackIR and am getting ti set up but I have an odd problem. The X axis has ahard stop when moving left at around the 10 cm mark but the right side of the x axis allows me to move over 30 cm with no hard stop. The limit button is not checked
I have pressed f12 a couple of times in case that was an issue but no change.
I'm running a TrackClipPro and using 5.5.200 software if this helps.
Thanks in advance

Hello Mannginger,
Where is the camera located on your monitor?
When using the TrackClip PRO you do not want the camera to be dead center on your monitor. You want it to be offset to the left so it is directly looking at the TrackClip PRO. There is a chance that when you turn your head to the left you are blocking one or more of the active LEDs on the headset.
Use the TrackIR software's "camera view" option to see if you are blocking any of the LEDs.

Thanks - yes I realised shortly after I posted this that the camera wasn't seeing the full range of motion. I had the camera set up dead centre of the monitor but it prefers to be slightly offset as obviously the sensors are.
