Are both diodes supposed to lit up (green)? I only get the left one to lit up. Been months since i used it but if i remember correctly they should be green on both sides? If so, any idea why this happens?
I noticed that the upmost silvery marking is slightly damaged on my Track IR Clip, so there's a small black "dent" there. could that be why it's not lit up?
Also, I noticed that in the Track IR program that "camera tracking" is yellow, not green.
It works, but it's far from perfect, e.g when looking down it has some problems.
Any help would be great, thanks!
Edit: ok since it took days to approve the post i actually found out that both diodes are green when playing. Still, does it hurt the functionallity that the silvery stuff is slightly damaged on the Clip..? Seems to be working ok but not really perfect when looking down..

Re: Problem
Hello MKultra,
Sorry about the delay in approving your post. We aren't here on the weekends. If it is reading that the reflective tape is still a trackable dot, it isn't that big of a deal. If the reflective tape becomes less reflective or damaged further it could interfere with the ability to track it precisely. As for the LEDs the left one will be green when it is tracking you and the right will be green when it registers a game is running. In order for it to work well it needs to have both lit.
You said that you are having trouble when you look down. I want you to switch the display to camera mode and send me a screenshot of what it looks like when looking at the center and then another when looking down. You may just need to adjust the camera position, because it sounds like it loses the ability to track you when you look down.
Best regards,
