Not Working

Hey guys/gals,

I just received my trackir 5 with trackclip pro today. It was working great for about 30 minutes when the software stopped recognizing the clip.

The camera recognizes the hat clip, but nothing happens with the proclip. I notice that there are 2 red lightson top and bottom that are faintly lit, (and the software 'sees them' in the 'camera box.' The LED in the middle is not on though.

What's going on here?

It sounds to me like one of the LEDs is not being powered. If you haven't already, would you please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com. I would like to get this resolved immediately.
