Just bought the TrackIR 5 and for the life of me cannot get it working. I installed as adminastrator as suggested onto a Win 7 system. I have installed and removed the software so many times now but when ever I try to run the software I keep getting the same error.

DLL Location key not present

I have searched everywhere and cannot find an answer, I really want this piece of kit to work
