Not working in Prepar3d V2.3

I've had TrackIR 5 work in Prepar3d v2.2 up until a few days ago. I had a simconnect issue with ActiveSky Next that I dealt with (worried that I screwed something up here for TrackIR). At this point ASN is working over simconnect, but then TrackIR5 would not. TrackIR opens up and recognizes my camera and head motions just fine. When I run Prepar3d the title bar in TrackIR remains "None." Here is what I have done so far.

Installed FSX-SP1 and SP2 simconnect
Upgraded to TrackIR 5.2.2
Downgraded to TrackIR 5.0 (now back to 5.2.2)
Deleted, Upgraded, and installed Prepar3d to v2.3
Upgraded FSUIPC to 4.936


I'm really at odds as to what to try now. I feel like this is a simconnect issue but don't know how to proceed. Please help, I've become spoiled with your product and now I cannot fly with out it.

Prepar3d is amazing... when it is working correctly. Simconnect not working right or installing correctly will also play havoc with TrackIR. One solution that I have found that works well is to go to:

\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\redist\Interface\FSX-SP1\retail\lib
\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib

and launch the .MSI files in those folders. If that doesn't work the next step would be to attempt a repair or re-install of Prepar3d.
