V100 (OLD!) LED spec

can anyone tell me what the spec is for the old V100 LED is

Im looking for values for the following categories

Wavelength
Bandwidth
Power Output
Aperture Size
Beam Angle
Forward Current
Package (for example Hermetically Sealed TO-18)

My V100's are near end of life, but when I order newer camera's, I want to still use the original cameras for Expression. With LED ring spares for this unit no longer available, I feel a DIY homebrew solution is in order ;)
