Tracking soft bodies other than face

Is it possible to track custom 3d models with small degrees deformation such as face? i.e. a slitely soft body not a rigid body.

That is not possible with a rigid body. Could I ask what you are attempting to track? We could make recommendations on your workflow if you could provide more information.
