Hello, I got a profile sent to me. I renamed it something like Dartflight and copied it to the profile folder. Problem is when I start up TIR and look for the profile it's not there! What am I doing wrong??? Thanks for any help.

Wrong version, probably? The profiles made for the 3.x-software are not compatble to the 4.x-software and vice versa.
